It is that time of the year again
Chinese lions would roam the streets
Cheer and laughter eases all pains
Mandarin oranges have never felt so sweet

I am grateful for each year i am able to celebrate
To convey messages of love and peace
To know that my parents are well as they age
To gather with the rest of the family members and enjoy a grand feast

There's nothing more that i could have asked for
Apart from ensuring i have the resources to keep my parents well and happy
I hope Uncle Longevity will keep knocking on our door
For me to stay fillial to my parents till they're a century..or more
